Employees can sign up for an account to receive a pre-determined balance or spending limit that they use to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and repay them over time at 0% interest. Employees set their own repayment schedules by selecting the number of months they’d like to repay the charge.
Depending on your employer, repayments will automatically be made through payroll deductions or a personal bank account. Repayments are always at 0% interest, with no fees, and no credit impact.
