If you know or believe your card to be lost or stolen, we first recommend that you freeze your card in the app to help prevent any unauthorized transactions from occurring. To do this, simply log in to the TempoPay app, swipe left to go to card settings, and tap ‘Lock Card’.
To report your card lost or stolen, please reach out to Customer Care for assistance at support@tempopay.com or call 1-88-837-5820. We can begin the process to protect your account and get you a new card.
